Support of walls & fences
When speed of installation is important than helical piles can effectively be used as foundation for walls and fences. The termination adaptor fixed on the top end of the helical piles can be custom made to suit your specification application as connection point.
The greatest advantage of this application is that once the wall or fence is no longer needed then the entire structure, including the helical piles, can be safely removed and reinstated at a different location.

Support of retaining walls
Helical piles are an efficient and economical solution to retain soil during excavation and construction of structures below grade.
Our helical piles are installed deep into stable soil to solidly support the retaining wall.
Commercial property owners often want to construct buildings with maximum possible footprints and a basement to maximise the potential of the site. If there is an existing building with a shallow footing adjacent to the proposed construction site, that building will need to be protected against damage from settlement due to removal of the soil that is laterally supporting the existing footing. Helical piles can effectively be used to provide protection to the existing structure.

Support of water tanks
Concrete water storage tanks can seldom accommodate large settlements without the tank leaking at some location.
The soil conditions underneath and adjacent the storage tank can change over time as a result of rain, especially if insufficient drainage is provided adjacent the structure.
Helical piles is a cost effective product to use to support concrete water tanks that is in distress due to settlement. The helical piles are installed to sufficient founding level and once in place the distressed structure can be lifted to its original position using hydraulic jacks and permanently be supported by the helical piles.
Helical piles is a great option to consider as deep foundation of new water storage tanks that needs to be located on questionable soils.
